FALL OF THE MORNING STAR
Student Project/Producer A 3D exploration/survival game where you embody a musher from an unknown iced planet. Survive along your dogs, take care of them, explore the world to understand what happened from previous travelers and reach the Morning Star ! I had to manage a project of 6 months and a team of 11 people, including 1 another producer. I was in charge of the overall monitoring and management of the team's developers. Our goal was to create a vertical slice of the game, so to achieve it I planned with our leads tasks for each sprint and each part of the team. I made at the beginning of the project, a production schedule to have an idea of which objectives would be great to reach at a define time. As a producer, I carried out competitive intelligence, transcribed via a benchmark. I also created a Production folder, that arose originally from a CNC Artistic folder with all elements about the game : gameplay, art direction, budget, production management, positioning... Finally, I prepared most of reviews presentation and the one for the Twitch defense and more especially Art and Production part. |
ROAR MAP
Production manager It was a challenge on Twitch on Geoguessr with influencers who had to find the localization of the place they are. The particularity is that they are places with items reminding Lion Cereals brand ( lion, spoon, cereals...) I had to manage the project , exchange with the client by email or call about the operation, search for places and manage quotes for the project. I had also to ensure everyone make the work in time and the operation running well the day of the event. |
TRIATHLION
Production manager An activation of competitive entertainment which took place during the lockdown. It's a competition between Solary and Lunary on Riot games : League of Legends, Team Fight Tactics and Valorant. I had to manage the project in a very short time ( 2 weeks ), exchange with all partners on this operation, it was a challenge of organization and respect the timeline I made. I had also to make quotes for the operation. |
ARCANUM
Student Project/ Producer A 2.5D puzzle game, you will have to control gravity and solve puzzles to find the way out of the world and by the way discover where you are in this world. I had to manage the project and a team of 8 people to make a vertical slice, ensure everyone understand their tasks and manage to make them and find solutions when we encountered problems during the production. I made a production document for the game which contains the business model with benchmark, positioning, the project schedule and the communication planning. I also made each presentation of the progress of our game. |
GEOMETRY CLASH
Student Project/ Producer 2D mobile multiplayer fight game , you have to defeat bosses with differents powers. You can cooperate with your teammate or just try to kill him to be the only one to defeat the boss. I had to organize all tasks and ensure everyone in the team was able to made the work in time. It's my first experience of putting a game on a store. |
